Matt - Director
An award-winning senior project & construction manager, Matt has a career spanning over 30 years.
Since starting Sherocon in 2010, Matt has honed his skills to become an expert in all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects.
Matt is described as results-oriented, professional and dedicated. His attention to detail and passion across projects and team management has made the business the success it is today.
Solid experience in construction management across, residential, commercial and government projects; coupled with a commitment to continually developing his abilities through the expansion of knowledge, education and personal development is what makes Matt a leader in the industry.
Brad - Foreman
Brad has been an integral part of the Sherocon team since 2012.
Taken on as an apprentice straight out of high school, Sherocon knew they had found a top talent in Brad.
From apprentice to now foreman Brad has been working on full renovation projects, you can see evidence of his determination and attention to detail on many projects, including this amazing Kirribilli apartment renovation.
A specialist in stairs and roofing, Brad is a qualified carpenter.
Brad is known by clients for his enthusiasm and determination to provide the best results.
